Do you like to stay away from risks? Work or life often changes your plans and you have to rethink your travelling plans? We know there can be unexpected issues which you can't see ahead. So we calculate our standard prices to help you if you need a quick respond or have to modify your booking. Choose the standard price and you won't even lose the deposit. Depending on our capacity, you can modify the date of your stay after consultation. 

Booking conditions: After your booking, we will send you a request for payment based on the billing address you provided. 50% of the total amount is payable within 72hours. Your reservation is only guaranteed after the payment has been received. The remaining amount is payable 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel or modify your reservation free up to 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after the deadline, the prepaid amount is non refundable. However, we provide you the opportunity to use your deposit at another time.
